WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
If the item is in stock, we ship as soon as humanly possible using the shipping option you selected at check out. If the item is not yet in stock, it will be notated in the product description and will ship according to the directions provided there.

Submit any materials to nathan@penthouse.ink for review. Please note that we're currently accepting material for year two and beyond of Penthouse Comics.

Shipping FAQs
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday-Wednesday, 10 am to 6 pm CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship Monday of every week following successful completion of your order.
1. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Please double check that your order doesn't have a preorder item.
2. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. However, once the package has left our facility, any issues that arise during transit, including lost or damaged goods, must be addressed with the shipping carrier.
3. Can I track my international order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may be limited in some countries, depending on the carrier.
4. What should I do if I need to return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
5. Can I change the delivery address after my order has shipped?
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your order.
6. What is Media Mail shipping?
Media Mail® is a cost-effective way to send eligible books, media, and educational materials. You can only send certain types of media: If you try to include anything that’s not allowed, you may have to pay additional postage upon delivery. All Media Mail packages are subject to opening and inspection by the Postal Service. Also please note that USPS Media Mail does not come with insurance coverage. If you are unsure please feel free to check the USPS's website for more information.
